Rose Squared and the Historic Chester Business Association presents 175 crafters and makers in the heart of Historic Chester, NJ – May 30-31, 2026. This event showcases unique and inspired handcrafted works in apothecary, artisanal foods, ceramics, jewelry, wood, digital art, decorative and wearable fiber, furniture, glass, painting, 2D/3D mixed media and photography.
Looking for a great way to spend the day? Chester is home to over 80 boutique shops offering customers one-of-a-kind gifts, home decor, mouthwatering confections, stunning jewelry to trendy clothing and accessories. Let’s not forget the town’s vast selection of eateries that offer something to please every palate. Winter Village at the Red Mill Museum

This open-air artisan market features 50 makers selling their handmade wares in professional-grade vendor stalls, equipped with a bright LED light and four side walls able to close overnight. The admission fee goes directly to the Red Mill Museum for restoration projects and educational programs. Marketspace proudly helped fund the re-operation of the water wheel. Patrons will enjoy food trucks, roasted nuts, draught beer, live brass band music, vintage VW bus photo booth, and visits with Santa Claus. Winter Village is joined by the 15th annual Festival of Trees, which features 40+ lit and decorated trees around the museum grounds.
