Once we receive your request for quote, we will schedule our first design session with you. You will receive an invoice for a non-refundable $50 deposit at this time to hold your space and cover our time during the design process. This deposit will be put towards the total cost of your project.

We will have a 30 minute meeting either in person or over Zoom to get to know you and your pet's needs. We will share our ideas for your project and get a better idea of what you're looking for. We will discuss design direction, possible upcycled/reclaimed materials, desired size, and your non-negotiables as well as budget.

Armed with the knowledge gained during our design session, we will sketch out design options and source upcycled / reclaimed materials. This will give us the ability to come to our Final Design Session with our Draft Quote and Project Schedule.

We will have another 30 minute meeting to review and choose a final design and sign off on the Quote and Project Schedule. At this time, 50% of the project's projected cost will be due. If we are unable to come to an agreement during this session, additional sessions can be booked at a rate of $60 per 30-minute session, billed at the time of each session.

Now, we make your dream come to life! Our small team of artisans will hand craft your project in our New Jersey workshop and prepare it for shipping or delivery. Like with all construction projects, things may come up, and we will remain in constant contact with you throughout the build to ensure there are no surprises. No changes to scope, cost, or schedule will be made without signoff from you!

We offer white-glove delivery service to customers within a 100 mile radius, and shipping via FedEx or UPS for customers outside this radius. We are able to provide a shipping estimate with our quote, but final shipping costs will be determined after the project is complete as they are based on weight. (Note: for any orders we are shipping, the piece will arrive partially disassembled, with custom instructions and hardware provided to complete assembly). We also offer free pickup at our workshop in Landing, NJ for all customers.

Standard Delivery Pricing:

0-10 miles: FREE

10-25 miles: $30

26-50 miles: $50

51 - 100 miles: $100

Note: Delivery pricing is subject to change for exceptionally large pieces. We will discuss this during our initial design session.

Final payment is due at the time the piece leaves our workshop, whether that is via delivery, pickup, or shipping.

We are able to accept payment via cash, credit card, or Venmo. We DO NOT accept checks. Cash payment is only available for those picking up or receiving delivery.

Now we get to the WHOLE POINT of you coming here in the first place! Your best pal gets to enjoy their very own custom (and sustainable) house, playground, or whatever it is that we've dreamed up together.
