Our online shopping cart accepts all major credit cards and Planet B, Inc. gift cards. At our in person events, we are additionally able to accept Apple Pay, Venmo, and other cash apps, and of course, cold hard cash!

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Our Standard Flat Rate Shipping option is $4.99 for anywhere in the United States. We use USPS exclusively, and most packages are shipped First Class.

If you are local to our home office in Landing, NJ or to one of our upcoming markets, we are pleased to offer a FREE Local Pick-Up option. Someone will reach out to you to coordinate pick-up time and location.

State appropriate sales tax is automatically applied to all orders made by customers in the state of New Jersey. This will soon be applicable to all out of state customers as well.

Cancellations may be applied to orders that have not been shipped. Please email shop.planet.b@gmail.com to cancel your order.

We gladly accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For health and safety, we cannot accept returns of personal care items such as our lip balm or any of our moisturizers.

To make an exchange, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Planet B, Inc. provides a quality guarantee for select items for two calendar years from the date of purchase. Repairs required during the guarantee window will be provided free of charge. Repairs that are not covered by the Planet B, Inc. Quality Guarantee (whether we made the product or not!) may be completed for a small fee.
