Planet B, Inc. Repair Program

Planet B, Inc. provides a quality guarantee for select items for two calendar years from the date of purchase. Repairs required during the guarantee window will be provided free of charge. Repairs that are not covered by the Planet B, Inc. Quality Guarantee (whether we made the product or not!) may be completed for a small fee.

Request your repair

Provide as much detailed information as possible so our repairs team can adequately assess the work that needs to be done. Once your form has been submitted, the Planet B repairs team will contact you within 3-5 business days to determine a resolution. You may be asked to submit a photo of the damage and/or a proof of purchase for any Planet B, Inc. items.

 

The fine print

  • Planet B, Inc. provides a quality guarantee for select items produced by Planet B, Inc. when used appropriately by the buyer for the intended purpose. This guarantee is applicable for two calendar years from the date of purchase. Items falling within these parameters will be repaired free of charge.

    Products covered by our quality guarantee include:

    • Duster Heads and Handles

    • Paperless Towels

    • Paperless Napkins

    • Cotton Rounds

    • Cutlery Roll-Ups

    • Un-Sponge Washable Dish Scrubbers

    • Re-usable 6-Pack Holders

    • Bud Vases

  • Items requiring repairs that are not covered by the Planet B, Inc. Quality Guarantee may be mended by our repairs team for a small fee. Repairs start at $5.00 and go up dependent on the difficulty of the repair and any materials required. Please fill out the Repair Request Form, and our repairs team will work with you to determine the cost of the repair. A quote will be sent to you prior to you sending your item to us, but charges are subject to change based on assessments made once our repairs team is in possession of your item. Any differences in prices will be communicated prior to repairs being made.

  • Items requiring repairs that were not produced by Planet B, Inc. may be mended by our repairs team for a small fee. Repairs start at $5.00 and go up dependent on the difficulty of the repair and any materials required. Please fill out the Repair Request Form, and our repairs team will work with you to determine the cost of the repair. A quote will be sent to you prior to you sending your item to us, but charges are subject to change based on assessments made once our repairs team is in possession of your item.   • All repairs made by Planet B, Inc. are guaranteed for 6 months. If any issues arise with the repair within the 6 month period, we will re-repair it free of charge. This warranty is guaranteed ONLY for the repair. Any other damage incurred would be considered a separate repair and would follow our other repair policies.

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Please indicate how you would like to proceed with shipping in your Repair Request Form.

    Self Purchase

    If desired, the buyer may choose to purchase all shipping supplies on their own, including a self addressed pre-paid shipping label within the parcel for return shipping.

    Planet B Provided

    Planet B can provide shipping labels for one or both directions. Each shipping label will fall under our standard Flat Rate Shipping for a fee of $4.99 each way.

    Local Drop-off / Pick-up

    Local drop-off and pick-up is available free of charge for anyone within the vicinity of the Planet B, Inc. home office in Landing, NJ.

  • Quotes & Invoicing

    A quote will be sent to you prior to you sending your item to us. However, charges are subject to change based on assessments made once our repairs team is in possession of your item. Any differences in prices will be communicated prior to repairs being made.

    Once the repairs are complete, an invoice will be sent to the buyer for all non-warranty repairs (and shipping, if applicable). The repaired item will not be sent back to the buyer until payment has been received.

    Payment Methods

    We accept all major credit cards. If local pick-up is selected, cash payment is acceptable at the time of pick-up.

  • By participating in the repairs program, the customer agrees to release Planet B, Inc. from any liability from any unrelated damage that occurs during the repair or shipment process.
