We always prefer you shop with us on our own Wholesale Portal where we give our retail partners access to our full product inventory as well as Made to Order options with no minimums and special discounted rates only available in our wholesale portal. That being said, we do understand that Faire provides a wide range of benefits to retailers and is a convenient one stop shop. In light of that, we do provide a small selection of our available products on Faire. Please use our Faire Direct link to shop: Planet B, Inc. on Faire Direct

We do not currently have ANY order minimums on our own wholesale portal! As our production team is quite small (one, sometimes two people), we are perfectly happy to receive orders of all sizes!

However, we do have a $100 order minimum for all orders placed on Faire.

Product Packaging

Packaging designed or approved by Planet B, Inc. MUST be present on all items purchased for re-sale. Removal of packaging for marketing or display must be pre-approved by Planet B, Inc. prior to use. Failure to do so may result in removal from our retail partner network.

Packaging Re-Design

If the packaging of any of our products needs to be tweaked to better suit your needs (for example: we had a retailer who wanted to ship our Paperless Towels all folded instead of on rolls), we are happy to do so for a one-time fee of $25 per item.

Private Label / Co-Branded Packaging

We are open to co-branded packaging provided that the Planet B, Inc. logo and website are clearly visible, and it is clear that Planet B, Inc. is the product designer and manufacturer. Planet B, Inc. MUST approve all packaging changes made by the retailer. If needed, Planet B, Inc. may provide co-branded packaging design services billed at a fee of $40 / hour.

Free Local Delivery

We love to visit our local retail partners, and as such, offer free delivery to those in a 25 mile radius of our home office. Planet B, Inc. will negotiate these terms with the retailer prior to receipt of the first order.

Shipping

For those outside our immediate area, we are happy to ship (plastic free, of course) to wherever you are! For orders placed on our wholesale portal, our retail partners are responsible for the cost of shipping on orders up to $750. Any orders above that, Planet B, Inc. will cover the shipping. Shipping cost is auto-calculated at checkout based on estimated package weight. For all businesses in New Jersey, sales tax will be charged on shipping per state laws.

Orders placed on Faire are either covered by Faire or the retailer depending on the retailer’s subscription plan

Standard Terms - Wholesale Portal

For all product sales, payment will be made at the time of purchase via our wholesale shop (at checkout). All custom design services will be invoiced separately and should be paid on receipt of the invoice. Other terms may be negotiated on a case by case basis.

Standard Terms - Faire

Planet B, Inc. abides by Faire’s standard terms for all orders placed on Faire.

Overdue Payments

Planet B, Inc. will notify the retailer of any overdue unpaid invoices as soon as the Net 10 period has ended. A grace period may be provided on a case by case basis if reason for late payment is properly communicated.

For all other late payments, invoices are subject to late fees. Additional notifications will be sent prior to escalation to the next fee tier.

2 - 10 days late: 3% of invoice total

10 - 15 days late: 5% of invoice total

15 - 20 days late: 8% of invoice total

20 - 30 days late: 10% of invoice total

30+ days late: 50% of invoice total

Having trouble finding a particular item to sell? Planet B may be able to help! Many of our best selling products have been added to our inventory at the request of our retail partners. It never hurts to ask!
